	Fellows are a group of professors, lecturers, and department/organizational administrators who affiliate themselves with a particular [[Residential College]]. Fellows and graduate students work as college staff at a [[Residential College]]. Together the college staff and the Student Executive Board work to provide programming for residents that enhances their undergraduate experience by building community, connecting students with fellows, and facilitating learning outside of the classroom.
