The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) serves as a resource and outlet for graduate and undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career in mass communications and journalism.

NABJ-NU creates opportunities for students to develop meaningful relationships, harness impressive skills and build confidence in their careers. NABJ welcomes students who are majoring in journalism and also those who are not.

Although the official name is "The National Association of Black Journalists" many students on campus refer to this campus resource as "NABJ".
