Description
This template creates a 'Usage Poll' with predefined options (in order to be consistent). You can create multiple polls on the page (who knows, maybe there's more than one form of the word you'd like to create a poll for).
Usage
To use it just put {{UsagePoll|YOURWORD}} inside your <poll></poll> tag and it will render the poll box assigned to YOURWORD parameter that you pass to the template.
