# RC is a short version of [[Res College]]. RCs are housing communities with affiliated [[Fellows]] and graduate students working as college staff. Together the college staff and the student [[Exec Board]] work to provide programming for residents that enhances their undergraduate experience by building community, connecting students with fellows, and facilitating learning outside of the classroom.
