Description
Sym Band is a reduction of Symphonic Band. It is the lower level concert band in Bienen; it is primarily composed of underclassmen and is larger than the more selective SWE. The ensemble is conducted by Dr. Vondran and graduate conducting students.
Etymology
Derived from Symphonic Band. May also be called simply Sym, although this is less common.
