An abbreviation for Mary B. Galvin Recital Hall, which primarily serves as a space for student recitals, small ensemble concerts such as jazz band and CME, guest lectures, and information sessions. It is known for its floor to ceiling window behind the stage which shows the Chicago skyline. When entering through the front entrance, it is the hall located to the right.
Etymology
Derived from Mary B. Galvin Recital Hall. This space was named in honor of Mary B. Galvin because of the Robert W. Galvin Foundation’s $6 million gift to RCMA.[1]
