Description
This template creates a 'Usage Poll' with predefined options (in order to be consistent). You can create multiple polls on the page.
Usage
To use it just put {{UsagePoll|YOURWORD}} inside your <poll></poll> tag and it will render the poll box assigned to YOURWORD that you passed to the template.
