PARC is an acronym for the Public Affairs Residential College, a Residential College at Northwestern University. It maintains a focus on philanthropic efforts and volunteer work, both at Northwestern and in the larger Evanston and Chicago communities. It houses approximately 113 students known as PARCers, and is located at 1838 Chicago Avenue.
