Definition
Student Enrichment Services is an office through Student Affairs that works specifically with students that identify as first-generation, lower-income, and/or DACA/Undocumented. SES uses campus-wide partnerships and advocacy to help build an inclusive Northwestern community that is welcoming, supportive and accessible for all students. Some of their staple programs are Work the Room, Compass Mentorship Program and the Ryan Scholars.

Why It's Wild
SES is a very important resource on campus to FGLI and DACA/Undocumented students for funding, resources and community. Even though there are similar offices on other campuses, SES specifically was created at Northwestern by previous vice president of Student Affairs, Patricia Telles-Irvin, a Northwestern staff member.
